1. Team Average Rating must be 2000 & Below only. Reference rating of players shall be the AUGUST 2018 National Rating List. Unrated players or players with 1799 & Below Rating shall be given an assumed rating of 1800 for purpose of computation of Team Average Rating.
2. Titled players (male, female or kiddies) are allowed to play in Board 1 only provided that the average team rating shall not exceed 2000.
3. Fixed Board Assignment only. Teams whose members are both untitled players shall have their choice of fixed board assignment to play.
