CONGRATULATIONS to GMs Darwin Laylo and Wesley So for placing 1st and 2nd, respectively, in the Asian 3.3 Zonal Chess Tournament. They also qualify in the coming World Chess Cup due to their respective placing in the said tourney. Goodluck in the WCC 2009.
